Loanr is a fleet-as-a-service platform that provides auto repair shops and service centers with fully managed loaner vehicles. We deliver vehicles directly to shops, fully insured and maintained to let shops focus on what they do best — repairing cars.

You select a plan based on the number of vehicles you’d like access to (1, 3, or 5 cars). Each vehicle stays with your shop for up to 90 days or 3,000 miles — whichever comes first — and is then rotated out to keep your fleet fresh and dependable.

Every Loanr plan includes vehicle delivery, pickup, insurance coverage, maintenance, and roadside support. Your monthly rate covers everything — no hidden fees or extra costs.

Nope! All vehicles come fully insured through Loanr’s master policy. Your shop doesn’t need to add any coverage to your existing policy.
Vehicle Management & Operations

Once your subscription is active, Loanr coordinates delivery directly to your shop. Each vehicle arrives fully inspected, insured, and ready to hand to your customers. You’ll receive tracking and delivery details ahead of time so you can plan for arrival.

Vehicles remain with your shop for up to 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. This ensures your fleet always feels “fresh” and dependable for your customers. When it’s time for rotation, Loanr arranges pickup and replacement — no action needed on your part.

Yes. You’ll have access to the Loanr Marketplace — a selection of clean, late-model vehicles suitable for customer use. You can browse and select vehicles within your plan limits directly through the Loanr platform or app.

If a vehicle develops an issue, simply report it through the Loanr platform or contact our support team. We’ll handle all maintenance logistics, including pickup, replacement, and coordination with service providers.

Yes. Every vehicle goes through a full inspection and detailing before being reassigned to another shop. We ask shops to keep vehicles tidy during the booking period, ensuring a professional experience for your customers.

Loanr provides a digital check-out system through our app, allowing you to record mileage, fuel level, and customer details in seconds. The app automatically generates a digital loaner agreement for both you and your customer.

Yes. Your dashboard lets you view the status of every vehicle — whether it’s checked out, available, or due for rotation. You’ll also see upcoming delivery and pickup dates to help you plan ahead.

Loanr’s insurance and claims process handles these situations directly. You’ll report the issue through your dashboard, and our team manages the follow-up and coverage so your shop isn’t left dealing with claims paperwork.

Absolutely. You can modify your subscription based on seasonal demand or customer volume. If your shop experiences slower months, you can scale down your plan — or scale up when business picks up.
Insurance & Liability

Yes. Every Loanr vehicle is covered under a comprehensive master insurance policy that includes liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage. From the moment the car is delivered to your shop, it’s fully protected—no need to add it to your own policy.

No. Loanr’s policy extends to cover both your shop and the customer while the vehicle is on loan. You don’t need to change or extend your shop’s existing insurance coverage.

No credit card holds or deposits are required. Each customer is automatically covered under Loanr’s policy during their loan period, which makes the check-out process quick and friction-free.

If damage occurs, simply report the incident through your Loanr dashboard or contact our support team. Our insurance provider manages the claim directly. Your shop will not be financially responsible for covered incidents.

No. Loanr’s master policy and digital agreements protect your shop from liability in cases where a customer violates the terms (for example, unauthorized drivers or improper use).

Yes. Coverage applies whether the vehicle is parked on your premises or in use by a customer. This includes theft, vandalism, or damage that might occur while the car is on your property.

Loanr’s claims team works directly with the carrier to handle repairs, replacements, and documentation. You’ll receive status updates, but Loanr manages the process so you can stay focused on your shop operations.

No. Because all vehicles are insured under Loanr’s master policy, any claim activity stays separate from your shop’s own business insurance.
Billing & Subscription Plans

Loanr offers simple, all-inclusive subscription plans based on the number of vehicles your shop needs. Each plan includes insurance, maintenance, delivery, and rotation — so you pay one flat monthly rate with no hidden fees.

We currently offer three plans:
1-car plan: for smaller shops or light usage
3-car plan: our most popular option, ideal for busy general repair shops
5-car plan: for high-volume or multi-bay operations
Each plan gives you access to Loanr’s catalog of vehicles, with rotation every 90 days or 3,000 miles.

Your subscription covers everything — vehicle delivery, insurance, maintenance, cleaning between rotations, and roadside support. There are no separate insurance or service fees.

At launch, new subscribers may be asked to submit a one-month deposit that’s applied toward their first billing cycle. This deposit helps secure your vehicles and confirm your spot in the rotation schedule.

Subscriptions are billed monthly, and you’ll receive an invoice and confirmation each billing period. Payments can be made via ACH or credit card.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time based on your shop’s needs. If your business grows or slows seasonally, simply adjust your plan before the next billing cycle.

No long-term contract is required. Loanr operates on a month-to-month subscription model so you can stay flexible as your shop’s needs change.

You can pause or cancel with advance notice before your next billing cycle. If you cancel, Loanr will arrange vehicle pickup and handle any remaining rotation logistics.

No surprise fees. Each vehicle rotation is included as part of your plan, provided normal use and mileage limits are observed. We only ask that vehicles are returned in clean, customer-ready condition.
